Registration fees include afternoon reception on opening day as well as lunch and refreshments throughout the conference. All participants (presenters, panel members, and observers) must register.
If you prefer to pay your registration fees via wire transfer, contact us for our bank information. Please remember to request that your bank pays all fees (from both the sending and receiving banks) when you arrange the transfer.
CANCELLATIONS of participation must be made by 15 November 2017 to receive a partial refund of the registration fee. Registration cancellations after the 15th are not eligible for a refund, but the payment may be applied towards future symposia.
All registration fees should be received by us before the Symposium. We thank you for completing payment before you arrive.
